SASKATOON BLADES

(1964 - Present)

 

The Saskatoon Quakers of the old SJHL were renamed the Blades in 1964 due to their sponsorship by the Los Angeles Blades of the WHL. In 1966, they were a founding member of the CMJHL. The league evolved into today's WHL where the blades remain.
