SHAWINIGAN BRUINS

(1965 - 1973)

 

The Victoriaville Bruins of the Quebec Junior Hockey League relocated to Shawinigan in 1965. In 1969, the league merged with the Montreal Metro Junior Hockey League to form the QMJHL. The Shawinigan Bruins were a charter member. In 1973, the team was renamed the Dynamos.
