AYR, ONTARIO
Ayr is located in Waterloo County on the outskits of Cambridge. Ayr was an early hockey hotbed. It competed in the OHA at the Senior level as early as 1893 and boast one of the best outdoor rinks in the province. It dropped down to the new Intermediate level in 1896 were it competed regularly until 1927. By that time, indoor rinks were now becoming the norm.
