ALVINSTON, ONTARIO
Alvinston is a small community located in the East end of Lambton County half way between London and Sarnia. They had a Junior team in the 1940's that played at several different levels. The Alvinston Flyers started off in the old Shamrock Jr. 'D' in the 1960's. They moved up to join the Bluewater Jr. 'C' in 1967 but were dropped after one season when the league upgraded to become the Border Cities Jr. 'B'.
