Please
note: Regular delivery is 21 days (from date of artwork approval
to production completion - not including transit time). We
welcome rush orders and will make every effort to meet rush
shipping requirements. However, any custom order that requires
to be shipped in less than 10 days are subject to a 10% surcharge. Rush orders that require to be shipped in 4 days are subject to a 20% surcharge.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

be more accurate, a 'Color' is really a screen. For example, if
white is found on both sides of the puck, that's two different screens
and hence, two colors. We tend to use the terminology number of
colors instead of number of screens because most customers can better
relate to how many colors their job has then how many screens it
requires.
The above
chart covers 95% of the work we do. Here's the only additional costs
that we currently add to the prices shown:

4 Oz Light Weight puck are also available. (Add $0.75 US or $0.85

Weight Colored pucks are also available. (Add $0.65 US or $0.75

For larger
quantities just email us and ask for a quote. No quantity is too large
for us to do. Whether it's 100 pucks or 100,000 pucks, we will exceed
your expectations.
The pricing
shown is our list pricing covering most one-time orders. If you have
repeat orders (ie. blanket orders) or are interested in league-wide
pricing, we have appropriate discounts available.
Logo
Wear
OGP
Enterprises Inc. cleans pucks prior to printing and uses special
additives in the inks to enhance adhesion to the puck. However,
ice is a very abrasive surface (as are skate blades and sticks)
and logo wear is inevitable for a game used puck and will
vary significantly depending on ice conditions and many other
factors.
So
while we consider our logo adhesion to be the best in the
business, we still cannot warrantee the print once it sees
game use. It is also very difficult to suggest typical wear.
We have had pucks go through several games with minimal wear
while others last only half a period before seeing significant
logo damage. Each puck will tell a different story depending
on how it gets used.
It is also worth noting that a typical NHL game puck sees
only 2 - 3 minutes of ice time (20 - 30 pucks/game). Pucks
are replaced at every TV timeout (every 4 minutes) and once
in between if an opportunity to replace it occurs. This is
done to ensure a frozen puck is in use (pucks start to thaw
once on the ice) and that the puck in use has a logo. It is
also common for Junior and minor professional clubs to use
20 pucks/game as well.
So please
keep this in mind when ordering your pucks.
Do not expect a logo to stay in tact for an entire game regardless
of where you
buy your printed pucks. It may happen and often does but it's
not guaranteed.
