RUBBER FRONT, SCREENED CHL REVERSE

The screened CHL reverse could also be found issued with rubber front logos. They were issued on Converse slugs. Of note is a very rare Oklahoma City Blazers puck with the city name mispelled as 'Oaklahoma City'.
