WHITE BACKGROUND CHL (WITH 'MADE IN CANADA') REVERSE

Pucks have been found with the back logo screened in white instead of the more common orange. Even of more interest is a front logo for Salt Lake City. They misspelled 'Eagles' as 'Eagels'.
